Laurent Boisdron

Laurent Boisdron's work experience begins with their current position as Vice President & General Manager at Lanson Place Personal Hotels & Residences. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager for Sable Navy Pier, Curio Collection by Hilton, where they successfully led the pre-opening and opening of the hotel. Laurent also worked as the General Manager for Conrad Manila and Radisson Blu, where they demonstrated strong leadership in managing hotel operations. Laurent also held the position of Corporate Director of Operations for Owned & Managed Hotels, Americas at Radisson Hotel Group, where they provided strategic leadership to multiple hotels and supported various initiatives. Before this, they served in managerial roles at Forty 1 North Hotel & Marina Resort, Sofitel Luxury Hotels & Resorts, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Marriott International, where they gained valuable experience in hotel management, food and beverage operations, and pre-opening processes. Laurent has consistently achieved exceptional results and received recognition for their contributions throughout their career.

Laurent Boisdron's education history begins in 1987 when they attended Ecole hoteliere de Nantes. Laurent pursued a field of study in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager until 1989. Following this, from 1989 to 1991, they enrolled in Ecole hoteliere de La Roche sur Yon and focused on Hospitality Management. In 2004, Laurent briefly attended Ryerson University for a Management Development Program in Hotel Operating Training Strategy.

Additionally, Laurent Boisdron has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they completed courses such as "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies & Skills" and "Brand Management: Aligning Business, Brand and Behaviour" from Coursera. Laurent also earned a certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University in the same year. Furthermore, in 2017, they received the "Officier Maitre Hotelier" certification from La Chaine des Rotisseurs. Most recently, in 2021, Laurent obtained an Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross.
