Alice Menhennet

Head of Customer Success at Learn Amp

Alice Menhennet has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Alice is currently employed at Learn Amp as the Head of Customer Success, where they are responsible for scaling the Customer Success team and designing the customer journey to increase customer happiness and achieve business goals. Alice also consults with customers on strategic challenges and opportunities in the L&D and People functions and presents at conferences on various topics related to L&D and people development.

Prior to their current role, Alice worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Senior Customer Success Executive at Learn Amp. Alice also served as a Charity Trustee and Content Writer for Gmax Trackstars Athletics, a non-profit organization that provides access to athletics training and equipment for young people in need.

In 2020, Alice worked as an Education Recruiter at Teach First, and as a Technology Lead & Secondary English Specialist at GEMS Education, where they excelled in coordinating education technology platforms and delivering exceptional student outcomes during the transition to online learning due to COVID-19.

Before that, Alice held the position of Deputy Head of English at Brook Learning Trust, where they led teaching and learning for English as an Additional Language students and spearheaded curriculum planning and strategy for the department. Alice also worked as a Teacher of English at Teach First, where they were promoted to KS3 Coordinator for English and achieved an Outstanding grade in the Teach First Leadership Development Programme.

Alice's earlier experiences include working as a Customer Care Advisor at ASOS.com, a Classroom Assistant at Leeds Access Academy, an Inspire Volunteer at Teach First, and Support Staff at TRG Concessions.

Alice Menhennet completed their GCSEs at Hockerill Anglo-European College from 2004 to 2009. Alice then attended Bishops Stortford College from 2009 to 2011, where they completed their A-Levels in English literature, History, and Fine Art. Finally, Alice pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General at the University of Leeds from 2011 to 2014.
