Whitney Klinkner began their work experience as a Lead Office Intern at Meridian Entertainment Group in January 2008. From August to December 2008, they served as a Marketing Intern at Lansing Entertainment & Public Facilities Authority. In January 2010, they joined Lose It! as a Marketing & Community Associate, and held this position until March 2014. Whitney then became a Customer Support Manager at Lose It! from April 2014 to December 2017. From January 2018 to February 2020, they worked as the Director of Customer Care at Lose It!. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Customer Care at Lose It!.
