Daniele Delahunt

Head of Customer Success at Lumoa

Daniele Delahunt has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Daniele started their career at Danske Bank as an Executive Banking Manager, then moved to Assistant Business Manager and later to Business Manager. In this role they acted as a trusted adviser to a portfolio of high profile large SMEs and some high potential startup businesses. In 2019, Daniele joined Lumoa as a Customer Success Lead, where they worked cross functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product Development. In this role they conducted extensive research to design, implement and manage projects to address customer pains, improve customer journeys and optimize customer experience. Daniele was later promoted to Head of Customer Success.

Daniele Delahunt completed the Catalyst Programme at The Shortcut Organisation in Helsinki from 2018 to 2019. Daniele then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast, followed by an MSc Certificate in Criminology from the same university. Daniele also attended Saint Patrick's Girls' Academy in Dungannon.
