Sandra Roman

Sandra Roman is currently employed as a Sr. Compensation Manager at Lyra Health since March 2021. With an extensive background in compensation and total rewards, Sandra has also held roles at companies such as Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Hitachi Vantara, Seagate Technology, and Symantec. Sandra's career journey has seen their grow from a Compensation Analyst at Symantec in the early 2000s to their current senior leadership role at Lyra Health. Sandra obtained their education from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
