Mirka also served as a Regional Manager, supervising sales and profitability across multiple stores and managing recruitment and personnel development. As a Store Manager and Project Manager, they ensured the daily operations of the store and was involved in building new stores and training new managers. Additionally, as a Regional Visual Merchandiser and Project Manager, they focused on visual concepts in stores to drive sales through window and in-store displays and contributed to opening new stores and training staff and managers.

Mirka Koskelin completed their Master's Degree in Educational Sciences at the University of Helsinki from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences from the same institution spanning from 2000 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Mirka also obtained additional certifications including being an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner from Insights in January 2019, and a Certified SmoothTeam facilitator from SmoothTeam in September 2017.
