William Boyce has extensive work experience in asset and quality management, specifically in the transportation sector. William has held various senior roles in different companies, starting with their current position as the Senior Director of Reliability Engineering at MBTA, where they are responsible for implementing and managing the Quality Assurance and Asset Management program. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Rail and Transit Asset Management at CH2M and as the Director of Enterprise Asset Management at Metro-North Railroad. Additionally, William has experience in transit asset management and configuration management at Greater Cleveland RTA, where they served as the Transit Asset Manager and the Manager of Facilities Planning and Configuration Management. William began their career as a Special Purpose Mechanic in the United States Air Force.
William Boyce earned their MBA degree in Business from Baldwin Wallace University between 2011 and 2013.
