Maria Pedley

Maria Pedley has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Maria most recently worked at Mintos as the Head of People starting in August 2018. Prior to that, they were with 4finance from February 2016 to June 2018, where they served as the Group HR Business Partner and Head of HR IT. Maria also worked at Pinsent Masons as an HR Business Partner from June 2014 to July 2015. Before that, they held various roles at KPMG UK from August 2011 to February 2014, including HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Business Partner. Maria also worked at KPMG Russia&CIS as an HR Manager from September 2008 to August 2011. Earlier in their career, they were an HR Generalist at Bayer CropScience from August 2006 to August 2008 and an HR Manager/Regulatory Affairs Officer at Herbalife from April 2002 to August 2006.
