Diana Kless

Diana Kless has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare and behavioral services. Diana started their career as a Therapeutic Support Staff at Pennsylvania Counseling Services in 2011. Diana then moved on to HELP Services Inc. in 2012, where they worked as a Lead Behavior Analyst for two years. In 2014, they joined Behavior Frontiers and held multiple roles including Behavior Supervisor, Clinical Director, and Senior Clinical Director. Their most recent position is the Director of Quality and Compliance at Morrison Child and Family Services, which they started in 2023.

Diana Kless completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, between 2006 and 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Penn State University, from 2011 to 2014. In August 2014, Diana obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
