Katja Gunnelius has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Katja recently worked at MTV Oy as the Head of Customer & Loyalty. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Customer Experience Officer at Stockmann, where they led the new Customer Experience and Insight unit and worked to enhance customer centricity. Katja also worked as the Chief Operating Officer, Strategist, and Partner at Frankly Partners, a customer insight and business development agency. Before that, Katja had multiple roles at Trainers' House, including Director, CX & People, Senior Transformation Consultant, Director, People & Senior Transformation Consultant, Sales Group Director & Senior Consultant, and Sales Team Leader & Consultant. Katja started their career as a Project Manager at Trainers' House and also worked as an Area Management Assistant for Northern and Eastern Europe at Bosch.

Katja Gunnelius began their education in 1996 at the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku. Katja completed their Msc degree in Economics with a specialization in International Business in the year 2000. In 1998, during their time at the University of Turku, they also attended the Universität des Saarlandes for a short duration to pursue a second Msc degree in International Marketing.
