Rachel Holdren

Rachel Holdren has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role is as the Vice President of Human Resources at the National Pork Board, where they provide strategic HR leadership and advice to the organization. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Corteva Agriscience, where they held various HR roles including U.S. Leader Support HR Team Lead and Global HR Policy & Seed Production HR Team Lead. Rachel also played a key role in preparing for the spin-off of Corteva Agriscience following a merger. Before joining Corteva Agriscience, Rachel gained valuable experience at Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc, where they worked as an HR Manager and a Talent Acquisition Consultant, providing HR support and consulting services across the company. Rachel also had internships at the Iowa State Fair and Pella Corporation, where they gained experience in special events and HR corporate recruiting, respectively.

Rachel Holdren attended Iowa State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
