Joe Davis

Joe Davis is an experienced UX professional with a career spanning over two decades, primarily at Northrop Grumman and Synapse Wireless, Inc. Currently serving as Staff UX Product Lead and Senior Principal UX Designer at Northrop Grumman since September 2021, Joe acts as the UX/UI Product Owner for various NG Space Systems software products. Previous experience includes pioneering UX processes for IoT software at Synapse Wireless and leading a multidisciplinary UX team at Northrop Grumman, where Joe synthesized user data into functional designs. Earlier roles involved establishing UX/UI standards for military software at Teledyne Brown Engineering and creating interactive systems at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Mediated Communication and Industrial Design from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
