MacIej Surmionek

Maciej Surmionek has extensive work experience in procurement and sourcing. Maciej is currently serving as the Head of Procurement at OW Ocean Winds since January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Purchasing Manager at Vestas from January 2021 to December 2022. Maciej also worked at CIECH Group as a Sourcing Category Manager from May 2019 to January 2020 and at PKN ORLEN S.A. as a Sourcing Category Manager for Technical Infrastructure and Maintenance Procurement from September 2017 to March 2019. Maciej previously held the position of Sourcing Category Manager at Vestas from April 2014 to September 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Sourcing Associate EMEA at Avon from July 2011 to March 2014, a Procurement Specialist at Polish Security Printing Works from March 2010 to June 2011, and had various roles at IKEA Group, including Global Supply Planner from November 2008 to February 2010, Supply Planner from November 2005 to November 2008, and Transport Planner from November 2004 to October 2005.

Maciej Surmionek completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Trade from Łazarski University between 1998 and 2003.
