Traunza Adams

Traunza Adams is OODA Health's Chief People Officer. She comes to OODA with over 20 years experience building and leading global People teams, spanning all five continents and various industries including enterprise software, ed tech, health tech, and non-profit social services.

Prior to OODA, Traunza was the Chief People Officer at Kountable, focused on creating a consistent and engaging employee experience in offices across the US, Africa and Europe. Prior to Kountable,Traunza was the Chief People Officer for Ginger, a data analytics company turned tech-enabled healthcare provider in the mental health space. At Ginger, she helped manage change and keep the culture strong through growth, fundraising, a business pivot, and a CEO change.

Traunza holds a BA from Stanford University. As a plant-based eater, she spends her Sunday afternoons making delicious vegan meals for her friends, family and pets.
