Marcy Albert

Marcy Albert has held various roles in the hospitality industry since 2001. Marcy began their career as an Assistant Reservations Manager at Radisson in 2001. Marcy then moved to Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2003, where they held the roles of Reservations Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager. In 2006, they joined Grand Hyatt New York as a Reservations Manager. In 2008, they became the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager at Quikbook.com, where they worked until 2014. In 2018, Marcy joined Go Moment as the Senior Director of Sales, where they worked on Ivy, a smartconcierge for hotels. In 2019, they became the Sales Director at Mews and in 2020, they were appointed Vice President of Sales at OpenKey, where they work on digital key access for hotels worldwide.

Marcy Albert attended Johnson & Wales University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.
