Sheila Wentz (Zerr)

Sheila (Zerr) Wentz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sheila started their career as an IMPAC Operations Supervisor at USBank in 1997. Sheila then moved on to Community First Technologies, Inc. as a Vice President, where they managed multiple departments and oversaw the successful conversion to a new ATM and card vendor processor. Sheila then worked at Bank of the West as a VP, Branch Manager and later as a VP, Sales Development Manager, where they were responsible for sales coaching in 57 bank branches and designed and implemented incentive plans for achieving sales goals.

Sheila's next career move was at the Air National Guard Recruiting, where they served as a Senior Master Sergeant. Sheila managed and supervised personnel activities and programs, planned and developed training, and oversaw the activities associated with Commander Support Staff functions.

In 2016, they became the CEO and Executive Skincare Consultant at Rodan + Fields, leading their own business and partnering with Rodan + Fields Dermatologists for a national expansion effort.

Sheila'smost recent role is as a Senior Director of Program Management and Delivery at Optum Bank, where they are responsible for driving and building out infrastructure and successful delivery of initiatives. Sheila is also engaged in cyclical business planning and strategy development.

Sheila (Zerr) Wentz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University in the years 1991 to 1995. Sheila then pursued further education at the Community College of the Air Force from 2008 to 2011, earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in Human Resources. Sheila went on to complete their Master of Business Administration degree at North Dakota State University from 2001 to 2005. Sheila also obtained a Six Sigma LEAN (Yellow Belt Certified) certification in October 2014. Additionally, they graduated from West Fargo High School in 1991, although no degree or field of study was specified.
