Justin Jovle

Justin Jovle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Justin most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Orange Tree Employment Screening. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at The Next Step, Inc., where they focused on strategy and culture development for companies in various departments. Additionally, Justin has held positions at Hydra-Flex, Inc. as COO and Director of Business Development, where they led engineering, operations, quality, and IT departments and played a key role in creating innovative industry products. Justin also worked as a Product Line Manager and Operations Manager at Hydra-Flex Inc. In earlier roles, Justin served as an Advisory Board Member at Machine Safety Management, Vice President of Operations at Spalon Montage, Information Technology Director at Sweeney Wright Wiencek, and a Senior Lab Consultant at the University of Wisconsin. Justin began their career in sales at Badger Sales Inc, selling to distributors and end-users.

Justin Jovle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Dale Carnegie Course certification from Dale Carnegie Training in May 2014.
