Shreeya Patel

Shreeya Patel has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Shreeya started their career at Veritas Technologies LLC, where they worked as a Senior Recruiter and focused on employer branding and attracting candidates to the company. Shreeya then joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing recruitment for R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing positions. After that, they worked at Baker Hughes, a GE company, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in the Oil & Gas industry, handling vacancies across the UK and Ireland. Shreeya continued their career at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, specializing in Quality and Data Integrity recruitment. Later on, they joined Alexander Mann Solutions as a Principal Resource Specialist and ICON plc as a Recruitment Specialist. Shreeya then worked at SEC Life Sciences as a Learning and Development Consultant before moving to Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner on a contract basis. Most recently, they worked at IQVIA as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis. Currently, Shreeya holds the position of a Recruitment Business Partner at Oxford Nanopore Technologies.

Shreeya Patel obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Language and Business Management (German) from The University of Manchester from 2007 to 2011. Shreeya also studied Business Management and German at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from 2009 to 2010. Before that, they completed their A-levels at St. Albans High School for Girls from 2005 to 2007, where they achieved excellent grades in German, Geography, and Economics. In addition to their formal education, Shreeya Patel obtained a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in October 2016.
