Jaylen Gia began their career at Gap Inc. in 2002 as a Sales Advisor before moving on to work as a Sales Advisor at Ciro Citterio in 2004. In 2006, they worked as a Desktop Support at Evergreen Shipping Agency (UK) Ltd.

In addition to the degree, Jaylen obtained several certifications: Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012 from Microsoft in July 2013, ISTQB Software Testing Foundation from BCS in May 2013, Oracle Certified JAVA Programmer from Oracle in February 2013, and ITIL Foundation from EXIN in September 2012.
