Rachel Livek

Rachel Livek is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Powin. Rachel has held this position since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at M Financial Group from July 2017 to August 2021. Before that, they were a Human Resources Management Consultant at The Atum Group from February 2017 to July 2017.

Rachel Livek began their career in 2007 as a Supply Chain Project Lead at Advanced Technology Services. Rachel held this position for three years before being promoted to Sourcing Manager at Melco Embroidery Systems in 2010. In 2012, they left Melco Embroidery Systems to join Gates Corporation as their Global Leadership Development & Corporate Talent Acquisition Leader. Rachel held this position for four years before joining M Financial Group as their CAO in 2017.

Rachel Livek has a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Rachel is certified from the Institute for Supply Management in CPSM.

Their manager is Geoffrey Brown, CEO. They are on a team with Bob Peterson - VP, Functional Excellence, Mike Wietecki - General Counsel, and Stuart Bolland - COO.
