Kashmira Pradhan

Kashmira Pradhan has over 27 years of experience in various roles within the technology and innovation sector. Kashmira started their career at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center as a Telemetry Data Analyst, where they simulated telemetry data for satellite software testing. Kashmira then worked at Kemper, Sears, Roebuck and Co., and UScellular in software testing, configuration management, and infrastructure roles.

In 2006, Kashmira joined Allstate as an Application Development Manager, responsible for designing and implementing web services and policy admin applications. Kashmira also served as a Technical Lead, leading a global team in delivering software configuration management solutions.

In 2016, Kashmira became a Director at Allstate, overseeing the Enterprise Data Platform & Services organization. Kashmira managed a budget of 20M+ and focused on enabling business outcomes through data-driven strategies. Kashmira later transitioned into the role of Senior Manager in the Policy Payment Corrections, Product Technology organization, responsible for data management and disaster recovery.

In 2021, Kashmira joined Providence Mutual as Vice President of Technology and Innovation. In this role, they serve as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer, leading IT strategy and implementation to support business goals. Kashmira has spearheaded multiple strategies, including security, data, marketing, and innovation.

Throughout their career, Kashmira has demonstrated expertise in data management, security, automation, and technology implementation. Kashmira has successfully led teams and projects, delivering complex solutions and driving digital transformation.

Kashmira Pradhan has a Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems Curriculum from American University. Kashmira also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai. In terms of additional certifications, Kashmira has obtained MIT Sloan Management Artificial Intelligence certification from MIT Sloan School of Management. Kashmira also has certifications in IBM ClearCase, ITIL Expert, and was formerly a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute.
