Kate Gunby, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kate started their career as a Records Clerk at Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson in 2005. At Kenyon College, they served as the Hosting Coordinator for the Office of Admissions from 2006 to 2007, and later as a Sociology Office Assistant from 2008 to 2009. Kate then worked as an Instructor and Residential Advisor at Exploration Summer Programs from 2007 to 2008, where they designed and taught classes and supervised high school students.

Kate started as a Research Intern in 2015 and progressed to roles such as Research Associate, Senior Research Associate, Associate Research Director, and currently, Director of Research. In their current role, they lead the research team and works with government agencies, organizations, and businesses focused on transportation, public health, and environmental improvements and policies.
