Jaimie Woo has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Jaimie currently serves as the Senior Director of Development at Culture House Media, where they oversee the company's premium documentary and unscripted slate. Their responsibilities include developing show formats, building relationships with talent and co-producers, and creating materials for network and studio pitches. Jaimie has worked on notable television series, including Disney+'s "GROWING UP" and Hulu/OWN's "THE HAIR TALES".

Prior to their current role, Jaimie worked as a Senior Development Producer at Culture House Media and a Script Reader at The Black List. Jaimie also has experience as a Senior DEI Facilitator at ReadySet, where they built and delivered workshops on diversity, equity, and inclusion for corporate, non-profit, and academic clients. Additionally, Jaimie has worked as a Producer, Consultant, Writer, and Editor for various production companies, entertainment entities, and non-profits.

Earlier in their career, Jaimie served as a Showrunner's Assistant to Sam Esmail at Esmail Corp®, supporting the Emmy-nominated writer/director in various tasks. Jaimie also worked as an Office of the CEO Development Coordinator at Breakwater Studios Ltd., where they managed event planning, researched development projects, developed stories with a focus on diversity and inclusion, and consulted on scripts and film cuts.

Jaimie's experience extends beyond the entertainment industry. Jaimie has worked in the political sphere as a Communications Director for Congressman Lloyd Doggett and as a Policy Analyst for the Office of the Vice President at The White House, specifically focusing on violence against women. Additionally, they have held roles at U.S. Public Interest Research Group (PIRG), where they served as a Tax & Budget Fellow and a Campaign & Canvass Director at Fund for the Public Interest.

Overall, Jaimie Woo has a wealth of experience in development, production, diversity and inclusion, communications, and policy analysis across multiple industries.

Jaimie Woo has a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology, with a minor in Chinese and Political Science, from Duke University. Additionally, Jaimie has completed a Master's degree in Communication Management from USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
