Claudio Catallo has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Claudio is currently serving as the VP Head of Global Supply Chain & Customer Service at Recipharm since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sartorius Stedim Biotech as the Head of Global Supply Chain Bioprocess Solutions and Vice President, where they were responsible for implementing a supply chain organization and processes to support a 20% year-by-year growth. Claudio also held the position of Head of Global Supply Chain Fluid Management Technologies and Director at the same company.

Before joining Sartorius Stedim Biotech, Catallo acted as a Transition Manager and Manufacturing Plant Director at ELETTRONICA ROSSONI. Claudio helped redefine and implement necessary processes and organizational changes to support double-digit growth.

Catallo served as the Head of Supply Chain at Contrad Swiss SA, where they were responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, including contract manufacturing, procurement, supply and demand planning, logistics, and sales order processing. Claudio achieved significant milestones such as ERP start-up, company risk assessment, and supply chain KPIs implementation.

During their tenure at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Catallo held the positions of Supply Chain Planning Manager EMEA and Materials Manager Europe. Claudio'sresponsibilities included inventory management, supply and demand management, purchasing, and planning. Claudio successfully reduced DSI and implemented various strategies to enhance inventory control and product availability.

Catallo also gained experience in logistics and materials management at Magneti Marelli S.p.A. - Electronic Systems and Powertrain and Liebert Hiross. At PPG Industries Glass, they held various positions, including Process Engineer, Production Manager, and European Logistics Project Manager. Claudio successfully led projects such as new model start-ups, ERP implementation, and ISO certification.

Overall, Catallo has a proven track record of leading supply chain transformations, implementing efficient processes, and achieving business growth.

Claudio Catallo has a diverse education history. Claudio started by completing their high school education in Industrial Electronics at I.T.I.S. Ferentino from 1977 to 1982. Claudio then pursued an Engineer's Degree in Electronics at Sapienza Università di Roma from 1982 to 1990. Later, in 2010 to 2011, they obtained a certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) from APICS. In 2013, they further enhanced their knowledge in Lean Manufacturing by completing a Master Lean Green Belt (CGLB) program at IIBLC. Additionally, Claudio attended Cicle d'orientation Grand Lancy Geneve; however, no specific degree or field of study was reported.
