Ben Putterman

Ben Putterman is currently the VP, Learning & Talent Development at Rivian. Before that, they served as the Head of Global Sales Readiness at LinkedIn from September 2018 to August 2020, and as the Executive Leader of Global Learning & Talent Management at Tesla from October 2015 to September 2018.

Ben has dedicated their career to developing the skills of employees and enhancing their performance. Ben has a wealth of experience in leadership and management development, sales enablement, service and technical training, onboarding and growth, and manufacturing training. In addition, they have built out corporate centers of excellence in performance management, talent planning, employee engagement, and internal communications.

Ben's passion for developing the talent of others has helped him build a successful career in human resources. Ben is an expert in their field and is always looking for ways to improve the learning and development process for employees.

Ben Putterman's educational career began with a Bachelor's degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Ben then went on to earn a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
