Ben Putterman is currently the VP, Learning & Talent Development at Rivian. Before that, they served as the Head of Global Sales Readiness at LinkedIn from September 2018 to August 2020, and as the Executive Leader of Global Learning & Talent Management at Tesla from October 2015 to September 2018.

Ben has dedicated their career to developing the skills of employees and enhancing their performance. Ben Putterman's educational career began with a Bachelor's degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Ben then went on to earn a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
