Art Baisley, PMP®, has over 45 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Art is currently the Director of Customer Success at Savvas Learning Company, a position they have held since May 2020. Prior to this, Art worked at Pearson for many years, where they held multiple roles including Director of Customer Success, Director of Services Delivery, Director of Key Customer Delivery Midwest, West Region Services Manager, National Sales Engineering Manager, Services Operations Manager, and Project Manager, Engineering Services. Art also worked at NCS Pearson as the Manager of Sales Engineering and Project Services. Before that, they worked at Computer Curriculum Corporation as the Field Engineering Manager and Senior Field Engineer, and at ComputerLand as a Manager. Art began their career at Atlantic Business Systems as a Services Supervisor. Art also has experience in the US Navy, where they served as an MT1 SS and managed strategic deterrent patrols. Art has a strong background in customer success, services delivery, project management, and technical engineering.

Art Baisley, PMP®, has a diverse education history. In 1981, they attended Trident Technical College and obtained an Associate of Science in Engineering/ Information Technology. Then, in 1984, they enrolled in New Horizons and completed a Novell Certified Network Engineer (CNE) program, focusing on Networking Technology. From 1994 to 2000, Art studied Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems at various institutions, earning the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification. In 2010, they attended PROSCI and received a Change Management Certification.

In addition to their formal education, Art Baisley has obtained several certifications. In 2016 and 2017, they completed several project management courses offered by Lynda.com, including "Project Management Foundations: Ethics" and "Project Management Foundations: Leading Projects." Art also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in 2017. Art has also pursued professional development through online platforms such as LinkedIn and edX, completing courses in various areas including leadership, team management, and customer experience.
