Austin Kline

Austin Kline's work experience starts with their current position as an Engagement Manager at SBI, The Growth Advisory, which they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, they were an Executive Consultant at the same company from 2018 to 2022. SBI specializes in providing Go-to-Market Growth Advisory for innovative companies.

Before joining SBI, Austin worked as a Thru Hiker at The Pacific Crest Trail in 2018. Prior to that, they were employed at AIG from 2013 to 2018. At AIG, they served as an Assistant Director - Governance & Strategy from 2015 to 2018, focusing on process improvement and supporting the implementation of enterprise risk and compliance tools. Austin also held the role of Reporting Manager from 2013 to 2015, where they developed automated reporting processes and handled compliance and audit reporting.

In 2012, Austin worked as a Consultant at Protiviti. Austin also gained internship experience at Independence Blue Cross, Ephrata Community Hospital, and Lancaster General Health between 2010 and 2011.
