Patrick Maloney

Patrick Maloney has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Patrick started their career in 1989 at PacifiCare, where they managed operations for the Southern California regional service center. At Blue Shield, they served as the Regional Member Services Manager, overseeing two call center sites and managing a team of 145 members. Patrick then joined Great-West Life as the Manager of Customer Service, where they managed the overall operations of the Customer Service Units. Patrick later moved to CIGNA Healthcare, where they developed and managed the Provider Appeals department for the California HMO product line. Currently, they are working at SCAN Health Plan as the Corporate Vice President of Operations, after serving in various director roles, including Director of Enrollment & Reconciliation and Director of Strategic Project Implementation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, data management expertise, and a focus on improving efficiency and member service.

From 1980 to 1984, Patrick Maloney attended the University of Arizona, studying Business Administration. Patrick did not obtain a degree during this time.
