Onome Akpaka - ACIPM has a diverse work experience in human resources and recruitment. They started their career at Ojemai Farms Limited as a Front Desk Executive/Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter, where they maintained records and files for the General Manager. They then moved on to RusselSmith as an HR Administrator/Recruiter, where they provided support to department managers and employees regarding personnel issues and conducted background investigations. At Menage Limited, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator, managing employee compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and crew change of marine personnel. They later joined RusselSmith again as a Peoples Officer/Recruiter. Currently, they are working at SEAMFIX as a People Performance and Culture Officer/Technical Recruiter, where they source potential candidates, conduct pre-screening calls, schedule interviews, compose employment offer letters, onboard new hires, and promote the company's reputation as a great place to work. They also stay updated with new technological trends and products in the industry.

Onome Akpaka - ACIPM pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Benin from 2008 to 2012.
