Angela Pointer, MS, BSN, RN has a wealth of experience in healthcare talent acquisition. Angela currently holds the position of Director Talent Acquisition at Sentara Health, where Angela leads a large team responsible for recruiting various healthcare professionals to support the organization's mission. Prior to this role, Angela held leadership positions at University of Maryland Medical System, GoHealth Urgent Care, DeKalb Medical, Duke University Health System, Tenet Healthcare, Visiting Nurse Health System | Hospice Atlanta, Carter Healthcare, and Saint Francis Health System. Angela holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Psychology & Development from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Clemson University.
