Amy Lokey

Amy (Parnell) Lokey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at ServiceNow, Amy has previously held key positions including SVP of Product Experience and VP of Global Head of Design. Prior roles at prominent companies include VP of User Experience at both Google and LinkedIn, as well as Staff User Experience Designer at Yahoo! and Art Director/Design Manager at Openwave Systems Inc. Educational credentials include a BA in English with a focus on Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
