Tiki Oswald

Tiki Oswald has been in the multi-family industry in Minnesota since 2017 and she has been in the hospitality and service industry for over 20 years. Ms. Oswald joined Shelter Corporation in 2017, growing within and working various roles including Real Estate Manager, Leasing Consultant, and Regional Manager. In her current role as Regional Manager , Ms. Oswald is responsible for overseeing the operations of her portfolio and ensuring all assets are running efficiently while maintaining resident satisfaction, occupancy, budget and directing her team leaders with encouragement and support to assure their assets are successful.

Ms. Oswald is an active member of her communities. In addition to the extensive property management training she has received throughout her tenure with Shelter Corporation, she received her leadership and customer service training through Disney, once deemed the finest hospitality and customer service in the world.
