Nemo Jin

Nemo Jin has a strong background in mechanical design engineering, with experience at several prominent companies in the automotive industry. Nemo first started as a Mechanical Design Engineering Intern at FreeWire Technologies in 2016, where they gained practical experience in the field. Nemo then continued their internship at Lucid Motors in 2017, further honing their skills in mechanical design engineering. Nemo's experience at Tesla began in 2018, where they initially worked as a Mechanical Design Engineering Intern before transitioning to a full-time role as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Boxbot. At Tesla, Nemo played a significant role in the development of various vehicles, including Model 3, Y, Cybertruck, and Semi. During their tenure, they filed patents for innovative cockpit safety solutions and mechanism designs. In 2021, Nemo joined SixWheel as a Founding Engineer, helping to build V0 prototype vehicles in a short span of three months. Later, they were promoted to Head of Vehicle Engineering, where they led a team of engineers in feature definition, vehicle design, sourcing, pilot production, component validation, vehicle test, and operational logistics.
