Susan Mayer

Susan Mayer is currently working as a Customer Care Manager at Sorenson Communications, starting in July 2023. Previously, Susan held the role of Regional Manager at Liveops, Inc. from March 2020 to September 2023. Susan's extensive experience includes being the Senior Manager of Client Services, Omnichannel Operations at Radial/eBay Enterprise/GSI Commerce for almost a decade. Prior to that, Susan worked as the Senior Operations Manager at eBay Enterprise/GSI Commerce. Susan started their career in customer service as a Customer Service Agent at Island Hills Country Club/Lovin Oven Catering and has held various supervisory and managerial roles throughout their career. Susan attended Suffolk County Community College from 1988 to 1991.
