Nick Bassett

Nick Bassett has a diverse work experience in the marketing and customer service sector. Nick started their career at LV= as a Direct Marketing Executive and later became a Senior Marketing Executive. Nick then worked at Auckland Council as a Channel Specialist and later as a Team Manager. After that, they joined AA New Zealand as a Digital Content Editor and eventually became the Marketing Manager for Motoring Services. Most recently, Nick held leadership positions at Southern Cross Travel Insurance, first as the Head of Marketing and then as the Head of Sales, Product, and Marketing. Nick is currently the Chief Customer Officer at the company. Throughout their career, Nick has developed high-performing teams, achieved sales and revenue targets, created impactful marketing campaigns, and enhanced customer engagement.

Nick Bassett attended the University of Portsmouth from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in European Media Studies. Nick'sfield of study focused on French and media.
