Min-Ching Ho

Min-Ching Ho has a diverse work experience in the field of software and firmware engineering. Starting from 2023, Min-Ching Ho is currently working as a Sr. Staff Software Engineer at SPAN. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, Min-Ching Ho served as a Firmware Engineering Manager at Level Home Inc. Before that, from 2018 to 2019, Min-Ching Ho held the position of Lead Firmware Engineer at PAX Labs, Inc.

From 2016 to 2018, Min-Ching Ho worked as a Software Engineer at Noon Home where they contributed to the development of the Noon Smart Lighting System, which offered one-touch control and professional-quality layered lighting for homes.

Earlier in their career, from 2014 to 2016, Min-Ching Ho was a Senior Software Engineer at Verizon, where they focused on developing software and drivers for Android and Linux on new generation set-top boxes. Prior to Verizon, from 2009 to 2014, Min-Ching Ho worked as a Senior Software Engineer at MTI Laboratory, Inc. specializing in wireless communication product development and manufacturing.

They also worked as a Software Engineer at Foxconn from 2005 to 2008, contributing to the development of smartphones for Motorola, Palm, HP, and Nokia.

Min-Ching Ho obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from National Cheng-Chi University in 1998. Min-Ching then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university, completing it in 2004.
