Melissa Garcia

Melissa Garcia has over 15 years of experience in corporate communications and brand management. Melissa is currently the Director of Corporate Communications at SpringWorks Therapeutics. Prior to this, they worked at Seattle Genetics as the Director of Product Communications from 2018 to 2021. Before that, Melissa held positions at AstraZeneca as the Associate Director of Brand Communications for US Oncology and Senior Manager of Brand Communications for US Specialty Care. Melissa has also worked at MedImmune/AstraZeneca as a Manager of Product Public Relations. Melissa began their career in public relations at Environics Communications, Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, Spectrum, and Ketchum Public Relations. Melissa has a strong background in the healthcare industry, including a communications internship at the National Eye Institute at the National Institutes of Health.
