Stephen Ivey

Stephen Ivey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stephen is currently the Senior Director of Customer Success at SpyCloud, where they previously held the roles of Director of Customer Success and Customer Success Director. Prior to SpyCloud, Stephen worked at Experian Consumer Services as an Account Director and Client Success Manager, where they led a team and collaborated with clients to develop breach response plans. Before that, they were a Client Success Manager at AllClear ID, focusing on data breach training and planning for enterprise clients. Stephen also worked as an Assistant Professor at Texas Lutheran University and as a Major Account Executive at Dahill Office Technology. Earlier in their career, Stephen owned and managed Ivey Entertainment, where they provided strategic direction to actors, writers, and directors in the entertainment industry.
