Madhavi Jadhav

Madhavi Jadhav is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. As the Founder of ThatMate, a wellness app aimed at adolescents, Madhavi has been instrumental in promoting youth well-being since January 2019. Currently, Madhavi is also an Incubatee at StartEd and an Acumen Fellow, participating in a prestigious leadership development program designed to enhance social impact in India. In addition, Madhavi is an Associate Member of TiE, a global network focused on fostering entrepreneurship. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Shell, a Reservoir Engineer at Schlumberger, and a Petroleum Engineer with Reliance, leading multidisciplinary teams in offshore exploration projects. Madhavi holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, obtained in 2007.
