Ignacio Usin

Ignacio Usin has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ignacio is currently the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Swissport, starting in 2023. Ignacio is also an Independent Advisor to the CEO at Artyficial.ai since July 2023, where they assist the CEO and board in HR-related decisions. Prior to that, they worked at Meta as a Recruiting Leader for SWE International from March 2022 to May 2023. Ignacio was also the Global Talent Acquisition Manager - Engineering at Glovo from April 2021 to February 2022. Ignacio also has experience at Huawei, where they held multiple roles including Western Europe Talent Manager for Cloud and Artificial Intelligence from April 2020 to April 2021. Ignacio was also an Interim Talent Manager in Benelux and a Western Europe Talent Manager for ICT - Enterprise from February 2018 to December 2019. Before joining Huawei, Ignacio worked as an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles from April 2015 to February 2018, specializing in the Energy, Automotive, and Pharma sectors. Ignacio also worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Robert Half International from March 2013 to March 2015 and as an HR Executive at ENF Ltd from August 2012 to March 2013. Ignacio'scareer started as an HR consultant at FUNDEUN, where they worked from September 2010 to July 2012.

Ignacio Usin completed a Master in Human Resources Management at the Universitat d'Alacant from 2004 to 2011. Ignacio also earned a Degree on Labour Relations from the University of Alicante, specializing in HR and Laboral law, from 2004 to 2010.
