Sarah Kensler

Sarah Kensler has over 25 years of experience in human resources and has held leadership positions at some of the world's largest companies. Sarah is currently the HR Director at Synopsys, a global technology leader. Prior to their current role, Sarah was an HR Leader at Amazon, where they oversaw HR for the company's AWS division. Sarah has also held HR positions at Juniper Networks, LeapFrog, Adobe Systems, Inc., Apple, and Intel. In addition to their corporate experience, Sarah has also worked as an independent consultant for various companies and as a Jr Management Consultant for Co-Development International.

Sarah Kensler has a MA from Lancaster University and a BA (Honors) from the University of Reading.

Sarah Kensler reports to Jan Collinson, Human Resources and Facilities Officer. Some direct reports include Sarah Lee - HR Director, Jodi Stamps - Director of HR Operations and Service Delivery, and Supriya Sharma - Regional HR Head.
