Kimberly Zinser

Kimberly Zinser has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kimberly is currently the Director of Revenue Management at TAM Residential since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Revenue Manager at Lantower Residential from June 2020 to January 2022. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Revenue Manager at Pinnacle Property Management Services, where they were responsible for evaluating and analyzing asset performance. Kimberly also held roles as a Regional Education Director and Regional Marketing Director at Pinnacle Property Management Services. Before that, they worked as a Community Manager & Marketing Mentor at Laramar Group and held the positions of Regional Trainer & Marketing Director at CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC. and Business Manager at Lincoln Property Company. Kimberly's career began at American Airlines as a Gate Agent, where they were responsible for passenger assistance and on-time departures.

Kimberly Zinser completed their undergraduate degree in Communication Studies & English at Texas Tech University from 1988 to 1993. In 2022, they obtained a certification in RealPage Revenue Management - AIRM Train the Trainer from RealPage, Inc.
