Michael A. Cronin

Michael A. Cronin has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles in the medical device and healthcare industries.

Starting in 1991, they worked for Chattanooga Group as a Regional Manager, responsible for direct sales and distributor network management of medical and rehabilitation equipment.

From 1998 to 2003, Cronin served as a Territory Manager for Codman Neurosurgical, a division of Johnson & Johnson. Their focus was on diagnostic and therapeutic products for central nervous system disorders.

In 2004, they joined Advanced Bionics as a District Manager, where they played a key role in the company's growth from $0 to $400M in sales. Michael recruited and trained a team of territory managers and clinical support personnel.

Cronin then moved to Boston Scientific Neuromodulation in 2007, where they initially served as a Regional Business Manager before being promoted to Area Vice President of Sales. Michael led a Northeastern sales team and played an integral role in sales and patient education efforts for microelectronic implantable technologies used to treat chronic pain.

In 2017, Cronin joined Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc., where they worked in sales management and pre-FDA commercialization.

From 2018 to 2019, they were the Vice President of Sales at HydroWorx International Inc., expanding the application of aquatic therapy beyond elite athletes.

Currently, Cronin holds the position of Vice President of Sales - Liquid Handling at Tecan, a global supplier of laboratory automation products for life sciences. Michael is responsible for enhancing workflows and ensuring data quality through innovative technologies.
