Candice Brown has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Candice began their career as an A/R Medical Collections Representative at HealthCare Support in 2015 before transitioning to a Medicare Patient Account Representative at Conifer Health Solutions later that year. In 2015, they also joined DaVita Rx as a Reporting Analyst, where they managed and prepared reports on various department activities and analyzed data to identify anomalies and offer solutions. Candice then worked as a Financial Reporting Analyst at Prime Healthcare from 2017 to 2019. Candice joined Premiere Digital Services in 2019 as an EIDR Platform Operations Support and was later promoted to Platform Customer Support Manager, responsible for optimizing support processes and handling customer requests.
