Lucas Hatton

In his role as Vice President of Maintenance Operations for The Champion Companies, Lucas manages the maintenance operations for a region of Champion’s apartment communities. He oversees a large team of maintenance technicians and works with them monthly on professional development.

In his day-to-day, Lucas is responsible for managing inventory and vendor relationships, as well as community maintenance expenditures to stay in compliance with budget. He also oversees Champion’s staff of painters, scheduling them for interior and exterior painting projects across Champion’s portfolio.

Lucas received his HVAC Residential/Light Commercial Certification from Columbus State and is certified in lead abatement from the EPA.
