Phil Marshall

VP, General Manager, Manufacturing Operations at The NORDAM Group

Phil Marshall is vice president, general manager, manufacturing operations, with direct responsibility to provide superior results for NORDAM’s business jet and commercial customers.

Marshall joined the company from United Launch Alliance, where he was vice president of production operations, overseeing a successful consolidation of operations in Decatur, Ala. Prior to that, he was a site lead and general manager for Boeing facilities in both Decatur and Pueblo, Colo., positions in which he led industrial engineering, manufacturing, final assembly, and testing of Delta II and Delta IV launch vehicle components, including the first Delta II booster and transition to production of the 7925 vehicle.

Other past career positions include manager of product support and program manager for Boeing’s C-17 program, and engineering posts with Northrop Aircraft and Teledyne Waterpik.

He served on the Calhoun Community College Foundation Board of Directors, the Decatur City Schools Foundation Board, and was a member of the Board of Trustees for Parkway Medical Center in Decatur. He also was part of Leadership Alabama class of 2008.

Marshall is a graduate of Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colo., with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
