Rob Crompton

Rob Crompton has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Rob is currently the Head of Technology Operations at The Very Group, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head Of Service Management at the same company from July 2020 to October 2023. Before joining The Very Group, Rob worked at Shop Direct as the Head of IT Operations from February 2018 to July 2020, and as the Head of IT Service Operations from November 2014 to February 2018. Rob started their career at Shop Direct Group in November 2008 as an IT Service Delivery Principal (Client) and remained in that role until November 2014.

Rob Crompton attended Wellfield High School from 1992 to 1997. From 1998 to 2000, they studied IT at Runshaw College.
