Paula Antonelli

Paula Antonelli has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). Paula is currently the Sr People Director for Trafilea Group, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, Paula worked at IBM from 2014 to 2021, where they held various roles. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Regional Talent Acquisition Head for the Syngenta account in LATAM, managing a team of 16 people across several countries. In 2019, they were assigned to lead regional operations for Merck (MSD in LATAM), overseeing a team of 25 employees across four countries. Before joining Trafilea and IBM, Paula worked at Kenexa from 2009 to 2014, where they served as the Regional RPO Delivery Leader, managing a team of 30 people supporting various clients in the Americas, including Baker Hughes. Prior to Kenexa, Paula co-founded Sixto Recruiting LLC in 2008, a company specializing in recruitment process outsourcing for IT and Telecommunications industries. Paula was responsible for generating new clients, retention, business presentations, and candidate sourcing. Paula began their professional career at Pierpoint in 2006 as a Recruiting Manager, eventually becoming a Manager responsible for a team of 40 people in Argentina and Uruguay.
