A day in Ubiwhere as an Infrastructure Engineer:

• Deploy infrastructure for projects and support further integrations on container-based systems;

• Deploy and configure container-based infrastructures with monitoring and logging capabilities;

• Automate, monitor, and maintain highly scalable infrastructures with complex services and ecosystems;

• Enable CI/CD pipelines to run smoothly and support developer teams with containerization (Docker, CRI-O, etc) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes);

• Deal with Legacy stuff and new innovative solutions;

• Prototype, break, test, deploy and redeploy solutions to ensure a constantly up-to-date infrastructure.

What you’ll need:

• Degree in Technology/Computer Science or equivalent experience;

• Work experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps, SRE, or similar software engineering role;

• Strong interest in Private/Hybrid Cloud;

• Familiarity with supporting production environments in the cloud (Azure, AWS, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud);

• Experience with Linux systems;

• Experience with ansible, chef, puppet, or other automation tools;

• Experience with scripting OS levels with Bash, Python or Ruby, is a plus;

• Problem-solving attitude;

• Team spirit.
