Antje Gallo's work experience includes various roles in customer success, coaching, and management positions.

From 2017 to 2022, Antje worked as a Business Consultant Customer Success, specializing in supporting B2B SaaS start-ups and companies looking to scale. Antje'sresponsibilities included building and managing global customer service teams, implementing strategies and tools for the client lifecycle, optimizing lead generation and client acquisition, and defining structures for collaboration between different departments.

In addition to their role in customer success, Antje also worked as a Women's Strength Coach from 2017 to 2022. Antje focused on helping women improve their physical strength, mindset, and overall health through a holistic training and coaching approach.

Prior to these roles, Antje was employed at adjust.com from 2013 to 2016. Antje served as the Global VP Client Services and Head of Account Management. Antje'sresponsibilities included developing a holistic customer success approach, scaling the account management department, and leading a team of client managers.

Before adjust.com, Antje worked at madvertise media GmbH from 2011 to 2013, where they held the positions of Head of Ad Operations & Supply and Senior Manager Partner Development. In these roles, they oversaw media buying, marketing contracts, campaign delivery, and partnership acquisition for mobile advertising projects. Antje also established long-term partnerships and ensured client satisfaction.

Antje's work experience also includes a project management role at Adecco Call Center Solutions in 2010, where they managed call centers for a German cable network operator, implemented performance tracking systems, and reported to the client.

Currently, Antje Gallo is the Head of Enterprise Customer Success at Ultimate, starting in November 2022.

Antje Gallo attended The Berlin School of Economics and Law from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in International Business, specifically a Diplom-Kauffrau (FH). In addition, from 2008 to 2009, they also attended Anglia Ruskin University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) in International Business.
